Sarah joined Marsh House Orthodontics in 2014 she qualified in 2008 from King’s College London with distinction in her undergraduate degree. She went on to complete her vocational training within the much sought after London deanery, after ranking first place in the short-listing process.
Having spent a year in practice she decided to embark on a year as a senior house officer in oral and maxillofacial surgery. Her time was divided between UCLH, Eastman Dental Hospital and Great Ormond Street Hospital, where she gained extraordinary experience in the management of head and neck trauma, oncology, facial pain clinics, oral medicine as well as complex surgical cases.
During her time in hospital she completed a diploma for the prestigious Membership of The Joint Dental Faculties of The Royal College of Surgeons of England.
She has a keen interest in research and publications and during her time in hospital, she was involved in numerous research projects and publications, particularly in the area of photodynamic therapy for the management of advanced head and neck cancers.
In 2011 she commenced her specialist training in Orthodontics at Guy’s Hospital and Kingston Hospital whilst simultaneously completing her masters of science. Her MSc thesis was completed in the area on 3D imaging and its application in modern day Orthodontics.
